Zhodnocení investičních variant využití výrobního zařízení

Abstract

Cíl diplomové práce spočívá ve zhodnocení investičních variant využití výrobního zařízení. Při zhodnocení byla uplatněna metoda vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant, která umožní posoudit rozhodovací situaci pomocí většího počtu kritérií. V rámci optimalizace výběru variant jsou analyzovány čtyři investiční varianty navržené výrobní společností, která se zabývá výrobou a dodávkou kompletních papírenských technologií. Teoreticko-metodická část práce se zabývá problematikou manažerského, investičního a vícekriteriálního rozhodování. V praktické části je identifikován rozhodovací problém společnosti a následně je aplikován multikriteriální přístup hodnocení variant dle metody bazické varianty. Výsledky z aplikovaných metod by měly společnosti usnadnit výběr optimálního řešení během rozhodovacích situací. Výstupem práce je zpracovaný rozhodovací model, který zpřehlední a zjednoduší hodnocení investičních projektů.

The aim of the diploma thesis is evaluation of investment options for utilization of a production facility. In pursuance of the evaluation a method of the multi-criterion evaluation of the variants was used, which allows to assess the decisional situation with a more number of criteria. Within the optimization of the selection of the variants, four investment options are analysed, designed by the production company, which runs a business of the production and delivery of complete paper technology. The theoretical-methodical part of the thesis deals with issues of managerial, investment and multi-criteria decision-making. In the practical part, the decision-making problem of the company is identified and subsequently the multi-criterial approach of the evaluation of the variants is applied according to the basic variant method. The results from applied methods should make it easier for companies to choose the optimal solution during the decision-making situations. The output of the thesis is a decision-making model, which will make the evaluation of the investment projects more transparent and easier.
