Abstract
The theme of this thesis is Analysis of Real Estate Tax. It is characterized by the tax system in the Czech Republic and sorting taxes. The work is detailed elaboration of the Real Estate Tax. Finally, it performed theoretical and practical comparison with selected countries, namely Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Poland.
