Abstract
The work deals with competitiveness on the pet supplies market, describe selected pet shops, customer on the pet supplies market, macro environments and other factors, which influence pet supplies market. The aim of this work is to analyze customer behaviour on the pet supplies market, especially factors that influence the selection of physical stores and online stores with breeders needs. The analysis used the method of factor analysis. On the basis of the results of research I identify the main factors that most affect customer in the selection of store.
