Návrh využití území po těžbě hnědého uhlí bývalého lomu Rudý Sever u Litvínova vč. způsobu financování

Abstract

My diploma dissertation is focused on future solution of the landscape affected by lignite mining for recreational purposes. In the first part there is described history and present status of the landscape in question of the former mine Red North including the limits for landscape use. There is substantiated the suggestion of concept solution of the area and creation of the project „Recreational Area Nové Záluží“. In another part there are analyzed the project financing possibilities and subsequently selection of the most suitable way of financing with regard to impact in the financial budget of the town of Litvínov. In the last part there is described the advance of the project implementation beginning with project preparation in connection to the selected way of financing. In conclusion there is complex evaluation of the whole project from its suggestion over the project preparation to the project implementation.
