Zvýšení bezpečnosti obce s využitím sdělovacích prostředků

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the hightening of security in the village Hluchov with the help of communication resources. Specifically, with the use of CCTV and municipal broadcasting system to protect of persons and property. It analyzes potential security hazards and proposes concrete technical solutions. This thesis also presents an overview of the rights and obligations of Czech law which are related with using this systems in village. The analysis of financial cost was making for every technical solutions.
