Abstract

The objective of my thesis is to give a summary of a firetruck activity at two fire stations in South Moravian Region. In this thesis there is a ride evaulation of water tenders to an event site. There are calculations of technical limits for each tank which are compared to real data. This thesis also evaulates accidents of fire trucks of Fire Rescue Service of the South Moravian Region. Breaking distances for different tires on ice-like surfaces are compared in the last part. Based on this measurement the adhesion coefficient is calculated and the best combination of tires is determined.
