Dynamické modelování resilience elektroenergetické kritické infrastruktury

Abstract

The disssertation thesis id devoted to the issue of dynamic modelling of resilience to critical infrastructure with a focus on the transmission system in the electricity sub-sector. The work is sorted by mutally connected parts. In the first part is paid attention to the theoretical definiton of the problem. There are descibed the importance of resilience, triggered description of the sub-sector of the electricity transmission system and there is defined mathematical modelling. Following is the analytical part, which deals with the analysis of disruptive events and their possible impacts. Furthermore, there is performed analysis of approaches to evaluation of resistance, analysis of approaches to modelling and simulation of dynamic systems and analysis of components determining dynamic modelling. The main part of the thesis presents a proposal of a method of dynamic modelling of resistance to elektricity critical infrastructure with a focus on the transmission system in connection with the participation in the runnig time (i.e. intense and time). The proposed procedure is appropriate for elements of critical infrastructure technical sectors. Practical use of the methods is demonstrated by a case study that models a decrease in the level of resilience of a transformer station of an electricity infrastructure during a terrorist attack.
