Abstract
The aim of diploma paper, how is clear from its name, is concept of competitive strategy for the company.
In the theoretical part the work targets a small-scale and a medium-scale enterprise, it deals with a strategic management, a strategic analysis and its partial analyses.
The practical part deals with analysis of a firm realized by methods mentioned in the first part. Starting point is the strategy analysis of external and internal environment, which show nand described the most important impacts take effect on a given enterprise. Based on the acquired information the SWOT analysis is performed.
In closing part of thesis is sort out one of the generic strategies and give an suggestions how the sorted strategy realize.
