Simulátor evoluce organismů

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to develop an interactive simulator of organism evolution. The simulation will simulate their growth, prosperity, and reproduction, which will gradually lead to the development and adaptation of organisms to their environment, or to their failure to adapt. For users, a visual environment with tools for controlling evolution and its evaluation will be prepared. The thesis will discuss the theory surrounding the simulation of evolution, its implementation and subsequently its testing in the form of experiments conducted using the developed simulation.
