Ocenění společnosti ČEZ a.s. za podmínek rizika

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti ČEZ a.s. za rizika. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. První částí práce je úvod. Druhá část je zaměřena na teorii oceňování podniku za rizika. Popis společnosti, strategická analýza, finanční analýza a SWOT analýza jsou provedeny v třetí části. Pyramidový rozklad ukazatele ROIC za použití logaritmické metody spolu s analýzou odchylek jsou provedeny rovněž v rámci třetí části práce. Čtvrtá část se zabývá oceněním společnosti ČEZ a.s. pomocí dvoufázové metody diskontovaných peněžních toků DCF - Entity. Diplomová práce je zakončena analýzou rizika prostřednictvím analýzy scénářů a citlivostní analýzy. Pátou částí práce je závěr.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of ČEZ a.s. under the risk terms. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part of the thesis is an introduction. In the second part business valuation methods under the risk terms are described. Company description, strategic analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis are performed in the third part. The pyramidal decomposition of ROIC based on logarithmic method with influence of particular ratios on the main synthetic one is assessed also in the third part. The fourth part presents the evaluation of entity of ČEZ a.s. company by two-phase yield evalutaion method DCF-Entity. The diploma thesis is ended by risk analysis by using method of scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis. The fifth part of the thesis is a conclusion.
