Abstract

Marek Jašek Ph.D. The subject of this diploma thesis is the processing project documentation for an the office building in the scope for the implementation of the construction according to decree 499/2006 Sb. amendment 62/2013 Sb. It is a non-basement building with an irregular floor plan shape with three floors, which is covered by a single-skinned flat roof. The whole building is made of brick blocks Porotherm th. 300 mm, steel concrete columns, placed on reinforced concrete belts and flootings. The ceilings are designed in reinforced concrete. The roof is not accessible. Part of the thesis is a technical report and srawing documentation. In addition, as part of the diploma thesis a thermal technical assessment of the perimeter constructions of the building according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011), an energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) and a static calculation of one structural element are performer.
