Bytový dům v Hrádku okres Frýdek - Místek

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového domu v Hrádku, okres Frýdek-Místek, dle přiložené studie v požadovaném rozsahu.

Práce je členěna na část textovou a výkresovou. Textová část zahrnuje technickou zprávu, tepelně technické posouzení ploché střechy a statický výpočet železobetonového překladu

v 1. NP. Ve výkresové části je obsažena autorem vytvořená architektonická studie, stavební výkresy a výpisy prvků, které jsou zpracovány v souladu s požadavky na dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. Bytový dům je navržen jako čtyřpodlažní objekt s plochou střechou. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je navržena také menší kavárna. Konstrukční systém objektu je tvořen zdicím systémem Porotherm v kombinaci se stropními prvky Spiroll.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to prepare project documentation for the execution of an apartment building in Hrádek, Frýdek-Místek District, according to the attached study and within the required scope.

The thesis is divided into a textual part and a drawing part. The textual part includes a technical report, a thermal-technical assessment of the flat roof, and a structural calculation of a reinforced concrete lintel on the 1st above-ground floor. The drawing part contains an architectural study prepared by the author, construction drawings, and schedules of elements, all prepared in accordance with the requirements for construction execution documentation.

The apartment building is designed as a four-storey building with a flat roof. A small café is also designed on the first above-ground floor. The structural system of the building consists of the Porotherm masonry system combined with Spiroll floor elements.
