Hospodaření vybraných lékáren

Abstract

The thesis is focused on management of two selected pharmacies in the district of Uherské Hradiště. The theoretical part describes the public, health and pharmaceutical policies, the market of pharmaceutical products, drug consumption, drug price regulation and expenditure on pharmaceuticals. At the end of the theoretical part there are determined categories of people working in a pharmacy, and requirements for technical and material equipment of pharmacies. The practical part of the thesis deals with presenting the district of Uherské Hradiště and the selected pharmacies, followed by a property and financial analysis of Pharmacy “X“ and Pharmacy “Y“ for the period 2008-2012. At the end of the thesis there is an evaluation of management in both pharmacies, several recommendations and an analysis of sale prices in the district of Uherské Hradiště using ten selected medicines in ten selected pharmacies.
