Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with concrete calculation of transaction costs, which arise by transferring real estate in the Czech Republic. The first part of this thesis is dedicated to real estate market in general. In the next part, legal aspects related to the transfer of real estate are specified. The main part of this thesis occupies with analysis of actual costs arising from real estate transactions. In the end, it is calculated on two real cases, whether the sale of real estate is more expensive when using real estate agency or not. Furthermore, a comparison is done, if it is more effective to finance the purchase of apartment from personal funds or from mortgage.
