Abstract
Diploma thesis focused on providing services of founder of limited liability company. In the introductory chapters they define these terms. Basic terms for the limited liability company are defined, focusing on work and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic. This thesis deals with the development of the last monitored period. The next subchapter is devoted to the theoretical parts of the business plan and the related member state. The next section of this chapter deals with the development of the necessary documents.
