Abstract
The aim of this study was based on the requirements of the industrial partner to modify existing analytical method for the determination of chlorides in water, or develop entirely new approach that does not use chemicals are classified according to current legislation as a category of "highly toxic". For this purpose, two procedures were validated - direct potentiometric determination and potentiometric titration.
