Bezpečnostní plán ochrany vybraného měkkého cíle

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the security diagnosis of a specific soft target and the development of a security plan for its protection. In the introductory part, the soft targets are generally defined, the sources of potential threats and the possible modes of attacks that can be conducted against them. The thesis also addresses the issues of timing of an attack, possible variants of its localization, threat level assessment, and methods of detecting suspicious behavior. The main objective of the thesis is to propose a recommended approach to increase the resilience of the selected soft target to security threats and to develop a security plan. The evaluation of the soft target's threat level is performed according to the methodology of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic when the probability of a given attack method and the impact of the attack are taken into account. On the basis of this research, measures to harden the soft target and a draft security plan are proposed.
