Kateřina Kubenková Ph.D. The subject of the diploma thesis "Health Center" is the elaboration of a part of the project documentation for the execution of the building according to the assignment of the diploma thesis, the technical report, the thermal technical assessment of the envelope of the building and the energy label of the envelope of the building. The project is based on a pre-developed study within the semester project within the project I. The health center is a rectangular ground plan with dimensions 32.5m x 21.905m. The building is designed as a three-story flat-roof. The sloping terrain of the land is partially embedded in the terrain. The aim of the proposal is to create a simple, economical and functional design that meets all the requirements of both the investor and valid legislation.
