Abstract

Hlavnou úlohou bakalárskej práce je vypracovanie štúdie návrhu športového areálu, ktorá bude vychádzať z platného Územného plánu. Obsahom práce je komplexné priestorové riešenie územia, verejné priestranstvo, nadväznosť na dopravnú a verejnú infraštruktúru. S využitím plánovaného charakteru bude práca doplnená o detaily niektorých prvkov či podloží. Práca poskytuje dve varianty, z ktorých jedna je z hľadiska bezbariérového. Súčasťou bude spracovanie ekonomickej náročnosti riešenia a vizualizácia celého návrhu. Výsledkom práce je riešenie lepšieho využitia vybraného územia s plánovaným náučno vzdelávacím charakterom a dôrazom pre využitie primárne obnoviteľných zdrojov (materiálov).

The main task of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a study of the design of sports complex, which will be based on a valid Spatial Plan. The content of the thesis is complex spatial solution of the territory, the public space, the connection to the transport and public infrastructure. Using the planned nature, the work will be complemented by details of some elements or subsoil. Work provides two options, one of which is barrier-free. Part of this will be the processing of the cost-effective solution and the visualization of the whole design. The result of the thesis is the solution of the better use of the selected area with the planned learning of educational character and emphasis on the use of primary renewable resources (materials).
