Možnosti využití techniky nujolové suzpenze při kvantitativních aplikacích infračervené spektroskopie ve vzdálené oblasti

Abstract

The study is focused on nujol suspension technique which is especially used by far infrared spectroscopy. The disadvantage of nujol suspension technique is that it cannot be used for quantitative measurements because the optical pathlength in a sample for each measurement is not the same. One of the options of ensuring constant thickness of suspension layers repeatedly is alternation of used PE window. The bachelor thesis shows using of altered PE window led to double improvement of measurement repeatability.
