Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation in the stage for the implementation of the construction of a boarding house, which is used for shortterm joint accommodation of guests and recreation. The whole complex of this accommodation facility consists of a total of three buildings, which are interconnected. Specifically, it is the main building of the pension, a tourist hostel and a social hall.

The diploma thesis includes a text part, which contains an accompanying and summary technical report and a drawing part. It also includes thermal-technical assessment of structures, energy label of the building envelope and static calculation of the selected structural element - a wooden truss.
