Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to increase the safety of customers visiting OBI. The theoretical part deals with the culture of safety, selected methods for increasing safety, customer safety, safety promotion towards customers and proper customer handling. In the practical part, the identified risks of the company are listed, for which a scenario and a proposal for improvement is then created. The result of the work is applicable security measures for the company and the selected risks. These work results include, for example, additional training and nudge tools to increase safety targeting children, adults or customers. Nudge tools can be customized according to where they are to be used, as well as the target audience.
