Abstract

Martin Žaloudek, Urban study of area land coverage in Studénka west municipality edge; 42 pages. The aim of this thesis is to design land coverage in the area specified in Studénka municipality urban plan change No. VII/1. The city edge estates linking to locality with current gas station and car washer construction, and fast food building are being treated. The above mentioned locality is accessible from local road Butovická and motorway feeder road-route No. II/464. The current state of territory, its urban and technical conditions were firstly detected and two alternatives were proposed on this basis. The submitted urban study includes urban design of both alternatives. Detailed technical and traffic infrastructure solution together with visualization and calculation of total costs was further elaborated for the selected alternative.
