Možnosti využití odpadního materiálu z výroby alumo-silikátového skla

Abstract

The thesis is focused on possibilities of use the waste material from foam (in this case alumosilicate) glass. The wasting foam glass is coming from the company in the Region of Usti, the company engages in the production of the thermal isolation. The beginning of the thesis is devoted to theoretical basis of solved problems, including a description of the alumosilicate glass and other types of glass, their chemical composition, the phases of production, the sorting of glass furnaces. The thesis is applied to the description and the sorting of production foam glass in the company. Also the use of waste in process (recycling, waste dump), so other possible to use, e.g. in building. It’s the combination with metacaolin and the water glass for the production of geopolymer (this possibility of use is devoted the experimental part included the evaluation of final result).
