Abstract

Územní studie rozvojové zóny v obci Kaňovice pro účel individuálního bydlení. Bakalářská práce obsahuje 39 stran a 3 přílohy.

Záměrem vypracování této bakalářské práce je navržení řešení využití území lokality ,,Losky“ v obci Kaňovice. Cílem je variantní urbanistický návrh zadaného území. Studie je doplněná o návrh řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury. Součástí řešení je i návrh veřejné zeleně. Před vypracováním bakalářské práce byl zjištěn současný stav a limity řešené lokality. Práce obsahuje celkem tři variantní řešení. Součástí práce je také výpočet předpokládaných finančních nákladů. Cílem této studie je vytvoření nových míst pro bydlení rodin, které se rozhodnou pro život v poklidném venkově v podhůří Bílých Karpat.

The territorial study of the development zone in Kaňovice village for the purpose of individual housing. The thesis contains 39 pages and 3 attachments.

The purpose of this thesis is to offer the resolution of utilisation of the territorial locality Losky in Kaňovice village. The aim is the alternative project of given area. There is an added plan of transport and technical infrastructure. Design of public green vegetation is one part of this project. Current status and limits of designed area were found out before creating this thesis. The thesis includes free possible solutions. The work includes the calculation of predicted financial costs. The purpose of this thesis is to create new houses for families, who decide to live in a peaceful countryside in the foothills of the White Carpathians.
