Zhodnocení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with employee training and development system in a selected company. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical knowledge gained from the literature. The following application-vertification part focuses on introduction of company Koyo bearings s.r.o. and on analysis the training and development system of employees in it. The method of semi-structured interview, observation, review of internal documents and questionnaire survey was used for obtaining information about these processes. Recommendations that could lead to improvement of training and developement system in Koyo were proposed based on previously acquired information.
