Abstract
Entering this thesis was to develop documentation for implementation of the rooming house building - construction part. The building is conceived as two floors, partial basement, detached. It is divided into 11 units and facilities including lounges. The construction system is designed of walls on concrete footings with a straight single skin roofing.
