Právní a ekonomické aspekty hospodaření příspěvkových organizací

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the management of semi-budgetary organizations. The first part of the thesis is devoted to a basic view on nonprofit sector, semi-budgetary organizations and legal enactments relating to their activities. The content of the second part is a description of management of semi-budgetary organizations established by organization unit of the state and semi-budgetary organizations established by regional self-governing unit. In the ultimate part of the thesis is a gained theoretical knowledge applied on a particular semi-budgetary organization from education sector.
