Abstract
The work has been prepared by the methodology for introduction of Controlling in
the Joint stock Company, RPS a.s. The theoretical part includes description of company,
RPS a.s. and analyzed the current system of economic management company. The
theoretical part is followed by a practical section, which outlines the methodology for
controlling the particular year 2009. Based on this methodology is interpreted by the result
obtained using the graphical representation and recommended steps to controlling future
use.
