Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I focus on a plan for private security services during the ice hockey match. The first chapter deals with the history and current state of private security services, laws and regulations governing the services, competence and cooperation with the municipal police and the Police of the Czech Republic. The second chapter contains basic information about the planned ice hockey match, a description of the hall and there is also evaluated the physical protection of the Ostravar Arena. The third chapter is an analysis and risk assessment of the planned ice hockey match using different methods. In the last chapter I deal with the organization of conditions for participants, then the plan and the procedure of private security service with treatment of the risks. Finally I solve the cooperation between private security guards and other security forces during a ice hockey match.
