Abstract

The thesis is focused on controlling applied on a practical example the selected joint-stock company that sells industrial valves inland and abroad. The theoretical part includes theoretical knowledge-based literature. It defines the concept of controlling, its objectives, functions, tasks and organizational incorporation. The practical part deals with the charakteristics of the selected joint-stock company, financial and strategic controlling. Evaluation of used controlling methods is made on the basis of the analysis of controlling system.
