Porovnání možností financování dlouhodobého majetku ve společnosti VAE THERM spol. s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor work was to compare the possibilities of financing of building the multi-function house which the company VAE THERM spol. s.r.o. is going to realize. The company considers to compare the methods of financing by means of own resources, a bank credit, the combination of own resources and a bank credit, and a lease. These possibilities of financing are compared on the basis of the actual value of the cash flows by means of the method of discounted costs, using the methods of even and accelerated depreciation. The discount factor for the given company is determined on the basis of a build-up model. At the conclusion, the results are assessed and an appropriate variant of financing for the given firm is recommended.
