Abstract

Housing affordability is an important part of the state social policy. The main aim of diploma thesis is to find out, how the new proprietary housing affordability is available for model households with different disposable incomes. Partial aim of the thesis is focused on the development of financial housing affordability during the peroid of years 2016 – 2021. Second partial aim of the thesis is the analysis of selected factors on the prices of real estates by correlation and regression. The subject of literary research is mainly explanation of basic concepts of analysis of the housing market, valuation of real estates and factors affecting prices of real estates.
