Podnikatelský záměr na realizaci sportovního centra

Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to determine the possibility of a new sports facility entering the market and also to create a business plan with regard to personnel, marketing and financial possibilities. Taking these possibilities into account, it is determined whether or not establishment of such a facility in the city of Třebíč is feasible and if it could be competitive and beneficial to the schema_dspacedb. The business plan covers establishment of a new fitness center specialized in functional circuit training. The theoretical part deals with main sections of the business plan in depth. Next, it describes public opinion research methods and defines the terms "fitness" and "limited liability company". The practical part, which is based on the theoretical part, is the core of this thesis. In this part, the possibility of entering the market is determined through research and a specific business plan, which details the main actions that are important for establishment of the new sports center, is created.
