Studium struktury vodivé ortofosfátové keramiky v různých teplotních režimech

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the study of orthophosphate ceramics with special parameters for morphology; phase and elemental composition in order to meet highly demanding requirements of conductive ceramics for their usage in the field of materials for preserving of electrical enegry. In order to study the properties of orthophosphates a set of powder samples was experimentally prepared. These samples were subsequently tempered in temperature regimes suitable for recrystallization. Analytical methods used for parameter study were XRD for phase composition; FTIR for occurence of bonding interactions; DSC for temperature behaviour; SEM for morphology; EDS for local elemental composition and EIS for conductive properties using impedance in electrical circuit. Synthesized materials show potential application for electrolytes and cathode materials used in batteries. At four samples synthesis resulted in orthophosphate type material with both unipotent and omnipotent cation.
