Abstract

The thesis deal with the topic of socialy responsible behavior of company Finstal which is residing in village Lučina. The aim of my thesis is to suggest some provision for better socially responsible behavior of company. Theoretical part shortly describing ethic of enterprise activity and shown of problems of socially responsible behavior of companies. I try to define socially responsibility of companies of stakeholder and characterize all three pillars - enviroment, sociable and economy. I try to describe proces of implementation, benefits, evaluation and measuring of socially responsible behavior. In the practical part I do analyse socially responsible of Finsal company. I obtained particular information by manager of company. I evaluated given areas on the basis of obtained informations and I suggested some activities towards better sociable responsible in this company.
