Kateřina Kubenková, Ph.D. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to create project documentation for an apartment building in the construction stage according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. on construction documentation [2]. It is a non-basement apartment building with five above-ground floors and sixteen residential units, The roof of the building is designed as a walkable flat green roof. It also includes a thermal technical assessment of the roof according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) [12] and a static calculation of one selected structural element depending on the overall structural solution of the building. The structural element was assigned an assessment of the foundation strip and an assessment of the foundation soil under this foundation strip. In addition to the static part, an assessment of the HELUZ prefabricated monolithic ceiling [12] above one selected room was commissioned.
