Abstract

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to find the ways of increasing the process capability in the industrial company's production of coils. The theory deals mainly with the importance of statistical regulation and analysis of process capability. The theoretical part concludes with the history and current situation of the company where the production of coils takes place. The practical part firstly focuses on the preparation which precedes the statistical regulation and capability. One part of these activities is verification of the capability of the measuring devices, verification of normality and data objectivity. After that is performed the analysis and ensuring statistical stability and capability of the process. The last part deals with increase of the capability and improvement of the process as well as with determining the measures for finding the problem.
