Abstract
The subject of this thesis is the financial analysis of the company BONATRANS GROUP a.s. The theoretical part deals with the basic methods of financial analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis, financial ratios, bankruptcy and creditworthy models. This thesis explains the primaryforms of financial analysis and methods that the company should use. In the practical part of the description of the company BONATRANS GROUP a.s. Following stage of processing data from financial statements of the company in the years 2011 – 2013 and at the end of the thesis is suggestion of possible solutions for the company.
