Rozbor okolia podniku v energetickom priemysle pomocou strategickej analýzy

Abstract

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the environment of a company in the energy industry using strategic analysis. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts, methods and analysis on which the practical part of the work is based. The goal of the work is to use partial analysis to evaluate the current state of the company and to propose potential development opportunities. The elaborated real suggestions and recommendations are based on the SWOT analysis, which is based on the data obtained from the partial analysis in the practical part of the work. The possibility of improving SPP's market position is directly affected by the military conflict in Ukraine. Therefore, the author's findings are theoretical until world markets reach their optimum.
