Analýza činností Facility managementu lyžařského areálu v životním cyklu

Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of Facility management in a ski resort. The first part sets a theoretical framework of activities in facility management. The second part describes areas, important aspects and operational activities in a ski resort. The third part includes an analysis of facility management in Bílá Ski Resort in The Beskydy Mountains. The analysis is aimed at the operational activities and calculating turnover (profit and loss) in the last 5 years. The main object of this thesis is to calculate turnover (including cost and profit) for one day during winter season. The goal is to analyse the operational effectiveness in March based on the findings.
