Automatizovaný systém pro elektrické testování komponent v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract

This thesis deals with the design, implementation, and verification of an automated system for electrical testing of automotive components. The proposed device is intended for laboratory use and combines relay and MOSFET power branches, an STM32-based control unit, USB and CAN interfaces, external EEPROM, and a local user interface. The thesis includes requirement analysis, hardware design, control firmware implementation, and realization of a functional prototype. Experimental verification focused on relay response time, MOSFET switching dynamics, current handling capability, switching of voltages up to 60 V, and long-term relay lifetime testing. The results confirmed the correct operation of the main blocks of the device and its practical applicability for automated electrical testing in laboratory conditions.
