Abstract

Nowadays, in order to reduce company costs and reuse already used raw materials and reduce waste, each company is trying to find the best solution to prevent these unwanted phenomena. Nowadays requires continuous improvement in the functioning of companies and therefore arise various measures to reduce the company's costs, whether financial or production, as well as other measures to make the most of the resources available for the production. As one of the proposals to make the use more effective of input materials for casting production, S+C Alfanametal, s. r. o. concern, based in Tršice, will test how many times is possible to reuse the returnable material for production. This bachelor thesis will deal with the proposal to streamline production based on the re-use of already used material.
