Abstract

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the movements and deformations of objects, the reason for their creation, their measuring and evaluation. The first part of the diploma thesis explains the measurement of movements and deformations from a theoretical point of view and the second part of the thesis describes this activity on a specific object. It describes the measurement procedure of a selected geodetic method and a processing of the measured data. A subsequent comparison of the coordinates of the observed points of individual measurement stages can be used to determine the course of movements and deformations of the certain object. Based on these results, it is possible to take measures in time in order not to disrupt the function or safety of the object.
