Využití metody FMEA při zlepšování vybraných procesů

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the use of FMEA in improving the selection process. The main attention is paid to the process of screwing in the automotive industry in the production of audio lenses. The thesis describes a method FMEA, its history and benefits. The following are procedures for the use of this technology in product design or process and evaluation table. The main objective of this work is in collaboration with Bang & Olufsen s.r.o. under the leadership of the Quality Manager Ing. Petra Galik analyze the current state of the process of screwing and suggest possible measures to improve the process.
