Návrh technologie zpracování odpadu z polyuretanových formovacích směsí, vzniklého třískovým obráběním

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the issue of waste management in the field of chip machining, with a focus on polyurethane molding compounds. The study explores suitable processing technologies for this type of waste, with an emphasis on mechanical recycling. Special attention is given to the economic and environmental aspects of different approaches to identify the optimal solution for industrial practice. The theoretical part of the thesis examines waste generated from chip machining, its environmental impact, and the legislative framework regulating waste management. The practical part focuses on analyzing available polyurethane recycling methods and comparing them in terms of technology and economic viability. The outcome of the research should provide recommendations for an appropriate waste processing approach for polyurethane molding compounds, considering sustainability and production efficiency.
