Abstract

This bachelor thesis is description of professional practice in Tieto Czech s.r.o. as Technical Specialist. Next chapters are providing information about my work, some tasks and some short know-hows taken from tickets resolving and requests. Theoretical knowledge about company business and examples of work at job position are attached. In the end there is assessment about practice and information about skills acquired during university studies and practical application at that job position in Tieto Corporation.
