Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to focus on the development and concretization of the business plan including financial analysis using financial ratios and efficiency evaluation of investment project using appropriate methods. During the compilation of the financial plan will assess whether the plan is viable, competitive and financially advantageous. The thesis describes the theoretical possibility of financing the construction of sports hall. The important part is the description of the various financial ratios of the financial analysis. In the work is characterisation of a shell company Hlučín Sport Aréna, a new sports hall and its environment. Attention is paid to the analysis of business opportunities from the perspective of marketing and the description of elementary services. Another part of this work is marketing plan including SWOT analysis. Main part is dedicated to calculating selected financial ratios for financial analysis of 4 years (2010 to 2013). In conclusion is evaluated the economic efficiency of investment in 30-year life of the project using the selected method of evaluation of investment projects.
