Abstract
The main goal of this thesis is to design a standard process (in terms of what is defined in ISO 20000 and ITIL recommendations) for the adaptation of new line managers (external boarding, internal promotions) in the company Tieto Czech s.r.o., which will enable their effective integration into corporate structures and processes.
