Abstract
This bachelor thesis examines loyalty marketing tools. Its most important goal is to implement its own loyalty marketing tool in the form of a web application that will serve to support sales, business case records and sales team management. The first part deals with the research of existing business models and applications. In the next part I describe the analysis and implementation of my own tool for recording business contracts, commission calculation and administration of necessary documentation. The PHP programming language and the Nette framework will be used for implementation.
